swift - Unexpected padding under status bar -

i have uitableview header section (see picture below) there unexpected padding under status bar. blue background color of anonymous man indicates header section. when make background color of uitableview red white padding under status bar still white, it's not uitableview. have no idea come from, can me?

from storyboard, select viewcontroller have added view. go identity inspector, under heading view controller there a subheading of layout. uncheck option adjust scroll view insets.
