ideally looking working plugins/code, if not available, concrete directions on how build probabilistic and/or defeasible reasoning integration protege still useful.
- ramp defeasible reasoning plugin protege. appears dormant/abandoned. perhaps project/code lost along http://code.google.com/p/nomor/
- pr-owl http://www.pr-owl.org/. extends owl support probabilistic ontologies. appears dormant/abandoned.
- defeasible ruleml looked interesting, cannot find concrete implementations/plugins/code. http://ruleml.org/1.0/defeasible/defeasible.html.

there's pronto (available here), built on top of pellet. cannot recall if comes protege plugin, tied pellet imagine shouldn't hard implement owlreasoner wrapper two.
