bash - Creating GUI interface like Linux Install -

i'm looking creating menu virtual machine image allow user input information such ip address, gateway, serial number, etc. in graphical format similar standard linux os install looks like... know, blue screen options select , text fields input 'ok' , 'back' buttons.

for reference mean 'standard linux install', user experience like:

the user doesn't need access underlying linux (debian) os or anything, ability modify things want allow them to. goal have gui interface show after boot instead of console prompt log in (my current image not have kde or gnome installed).
