today docusign app ready don't have idea how make work public. remove demo watermark on documents. in short how make certified. need fill form or need submit our app or maybe need non-developer account this?

if go docusign developer center , click section says "ready go live?" you'll find you're looking for.
that leads go live section tells how go live: https://www.docusign.com/developer-center/api-overview#go-live
further down in section you'll see bright blue button says "start api certification process" kicks off powerform use certify app.
